7-day refund policy

If the Playbook does not work for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. The 7 days start on the day you buy.

How to ask

• Email aliciainvestsus@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
• Include your order number. You can find it in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
• Tell us which files you opened, what you tried and what did not work for you.

Sometimes the problem is something we can fix, such as a file that will not open or a missing download. In that case we help first, usually within one or two business days. If it still does not work for you, we refund you.

The rules

Refunds are for people who gave the Playbook a real try. One refund per customer. A request may be declined if:

• it arrives more than 7 days after purchase,
• you did not open the files or try the Playbook,
• there is evidence the files were shared or resold, or
• there is a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are for the full amount paid, processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Most appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Download access ends after a refund.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
